Qualifications
Miles White P.P.S. along with our Owners make every effort to provide a quality, comfortable and safe environment for our Tenants. We require that you continue with this tradition.
Our Minimum requirements include but are not limited to:
1. All potential tenants (18 years of age and older) must submit a completed MWPPS application, and agree to be a part of any rent/lease agreement. 2. All Tenants (18 years of age and older) must provide government-issued photo identification. 3. Primary Tenant must have verifiable employment and/or proof of a steady revenue source. 4. Total allowable monthly rental expense is subject to net income ratios. 5. Tenants must agree to submission to a credit reporting agency for a credit report.
Miles White PPS utilizes a national tenant verification service. This service provides us with a tenant’s credit report (reported as a range), a recommendation analysis, and may also include any reported criminal history and/or eviction reports.
Miles White PPS charges a non-refundable Application Fee which must be provided with your application.
